As passionate advocates of promoting a coaching culture in organisations generally and a coaching leadership style in particular, we are keen to support organisations to build their own coaching capability.
We can offer support in the following ways:
- Upskilling business leaders to develop their own coaching skills and leadership style
- Advising on and supporting the setup of an internal coaching faculty
- Delivering a structured coaching skills development programme for those new to coaching, to underpin a coaching approach and embed learning within an internal faculty
- Ongoing CPD for the internal coaching team in the form of workshops and facilitated discussions on a wide range of coaching related topics to promote ongoing learning and development
