Des joined the Sherwood team in 2001. He is a qualified executive coach (Meyler Campbell, 2005) a certified coach-supervisor (Coaching Supervision Academy, 2020) and since 2012 has been a member of the Meyler Campbell teaching Faculty.
These days, Des’s practice is focused particularly on working with and supporting coaches – whether through individual and group supervision, or through the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme. In addition, he is an active contributor, as coach and supervisor, to the Humanitarian Coaching Network which provides pro bono coaching to aid agencies around the world.
