Julie has over 20 years’ experience in professional services, firstly as a litigation lawyer and then for 12 years as a business coach working within international City Law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner). She coaches lawyers, patent attorneys and business professionals in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and her clients come from Magic Circle and other US and UK law firms, as well as from the Banking, Insurance, Technology and Charity sectors.

Julie often works with clients who are looking to progress their career, excel in a new role or develop a business plan to achieve sustained success in a market undergoing rapid change. Her approach is particularly effective in supporting high potential female talent and Julie has a strong track record of coaching women through to law firm partnership and other leadership positions. As a highly experienced Parental Leave coach, Julie works extensively with new parents on combining a thriving career with a fulfilling family life and she advises partners regularly on inclusive leadership and building agile, forward-looking teams.

In addition to her coaching work, Julie has considerable experience in the design and delivery of Development Centres and New Partner Induction programmes and she regularly facilitates workshops designed to help firms achieve their key strategic objectives.
